I was expecting UrbanE Scrubs to have a bigger mix of brands, but the selection felt a little limited to me. Maybe I just missed something while browsing, but a few of the brands I usually go for didn’t seem to be available. The site itself was fine to use, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but if you’re particular about certain scrub brands like I am, it might feel a bit disappointing.

I was really hoping this would hold up better, but it comes out wrinkled after every single wash. after I paid, I started feeling a little unsure about whether it was worth it, and now I kind of feel like my doubts were right

I needed to exchange my scrubs for a different size, and while it did get sorted out in the end, the process felt slower than I expected. The replies took a while, and each delay made me feel a little more unsure about when I’d actually get the right size. It all worked out, but the extra days made the exchange a bit frustrating.

The fabric feels decent after washing, which I was happy about. I was kind of expecting it to maybe get rough or weird, you know how that happens sometimes, but it held up okay. Not totally perfect, but overall it’s nice enough and I’d still use it.

I was kind of surprised when it showed up because the color looked different from the pictures. Maybe it was the lighting or my screen, I’m not sure, but it just wasn’t what I expected. The item itself is fine, I guess, but yeah, the photos made it look like a different shade

I ordered from urbanescrubs.com and was happy when it showed up. The scrubs were folded neat and didnt look all crushed like some other stuff I’ve gotten online. The bag felt sturdy and everything was sealed up good. No weird smell, no damage, just clean and easy. It’s a small thing but it definetly makes a difference. I’d order again.

I ordered two scrub tops because the website clearly showed they were available. Then the next day I got an email saying one of them was actually out of stock. It was frustrating and felt like a waste of time, especially since I was counting on the order. i would’ve at least expected an apology or some kind of acknowledgment for the inconvenience. Not sure I’ll be ordering from here again.

The scrubs were a fair price, and the quality was better than I expected. Happy with them overall.

I had a question about sizing and they got back to me really fast. The answer was clear and useful, and it helped me sort out my order without any hassle.

My first impression wasn’t great—the site felt slow right away, and it just got more frustrating from there. Pages took forever to load, and the checkout kept acting weird on my phone. I tried twice and eventually gave up.

I tried using a promo code that looked totally valid, but once I got to checkout it just disappeared. I reached out to support and all they really said was that exclusions apply, but they didn’t explain what was excluded or what I was supposed to do next. It felt misleading, and the whole thing was frustrating enough that I don’t see myself shopping here again.

I picked these up for work thinking they’d be easy to move around in, especially since I’m bending, reaching, walking all over the place… you know how a shift somehow turns into a workout without meaning to. But the fabric felt stiff right away, and it got tight around the knees whenever I moved too much.

By the end of just one shift, I was already over it. The top kept riding up a little too, which was distracting, and I kept thinking maybe they’d loosen up, but they really didn’t. Just not stretchy enough for me, so I wouldn’t buy them again.

These scrubs are fine if I’m just walking around, but the second I bend, reach, or try to move my arms much, the shoulders feel tight. It gets frustrating fast, and I feel like I’m wasting extra energy just fighting the fabric instead of moving normally.

The checkout process really wore me out. My card kept failing for no clear reason, and I had to try again before it finally went through. Not the biggest disaster, but after dealing with it, I felt mentally drained...

The pockets are what won me over. There are so many of them, and they’re actually useful, which I didn’t expect to care about this much. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it’s been really handy...

I only wore them for a few shifts, and the seams already started coming loose. Maybe I just got a bad pair, but for the price, I expected them to hold up better

I really like the colors they have to choose from. There are lots of nice shades, I just wish there were a few more darker ones because those are usually what I go for.

They kept me in the loop the whole time, which I appreciated. Shipping was a little slow, but overall it was a good experience.

I ordered two scrub tops in the exact same size, but they fit completely differently. One was fine, and the other was so tight I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it. The pants felt a bit inconsistent too. It’s frustrating because when I find a size that works, I expect to be able to reorder without worrying about whether the next one will fit. Makes me a little cautious about buying more

I accidentally ordered the wrong size from Urban Scrubs and had to return it. I was already feeling mentally drained that week, so I was relieved the return process was straightforward and didn’t turn into a bunch of emails back and forth.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the refund took a few days longer than I expected to show up. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little frustrating. Overall, it was fine, and I’d still order from them again...
